At Community Rate LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Suppose you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In that case, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return, refund, and exchange policy in accordance with consumer protection regulations, including those of the European Union.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order selection): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Community Rate will cover all return shipping costs. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at conctact@communityratellc.com as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, engraved products)
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

To exercise this right, notify us at conctact@communityratellc.com within the 14-day period. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:

  1. Follow the return process for the original item.
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
  3. Your replacement order will be processed as a new purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected time-frame, please contact us at conctact@communityratellc.com.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at conctact@communityratellc.com and send a message on live chat to our customer service support team as soon after placing the order as possible.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Community Rate LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the policy revision.
